Returns Policy

30-Day Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on all UK orders. Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at hello@staplevault.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid returns label.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
